This is a reasonable apartment in an attractive neighbourhood although, based on other apartments I have rented in the vicinity through this agent, it may be a bit overpriced for what it offers. The kitchen can easily be better furnished—providing it with a non-stick pan that is really non-stick and a spatula would help as would perhaps some reorganization of the cooking area that allowed better access to the stove. I would definitely consider renting this apartment again although I might try other alternatives first.

A comfortable and secure spot in my favorite neighborhood of Paris. Quiet and I felt very safe staying there alone. Delicious take-out nearby on rue Daguerre. Renting worked exactly as promised on the web site. When the ash cloud closed CDG, they contacted me to arrange an extra night.

This is a very charming apartment in a lovely neighborhood. The appliances all worked well. I hope to be able to stay at this place again.

Our family stayed in the apartment on Charles Divry for a week in June 2011. We were very pleased. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen is big enough to allow for serious cooking. We lived for a year in this neighborhood and consider it the best in Paris. The #4 metro is very close. Great shopping and good restaurants are nearby. All our interactions with the agency were excellent. The WiFi worked flawlessly.

My sister-in-law and I stayed here October 15-October 22. The apartment was quite nice, the agent met us timely. The only problem that we had was that the wifi connection did not work and was never repaired during the week we were there. It was the week prior to the pension age vote and there were a number of demonstrations and rolling strikes which could explain why it wasnot taken care of. I could connect through a line but it was inconvenient. In all other respects the apartment was fine. It has the original doors and windows which tend to be drafty so it may not be the warmest place to stay during the colder monthes although the electrical wall heaters work quite well. I would certainly rent through this agency again – very pleased with the profesionalism of the agents.

Hello,

with my wife we have spent 3 weeks in the apartment of 14, Charles Divry. We enjoyed it very much!
The service was perfect, I had prompt answers to my questions via email, my contact person Fabian was on time at the given place to give me the keys, they arrived quickly to fix the tv.
The apartment itself was a very charming one, fully equiped, all functional as advertised on the web site. The photos on the site were real. The apartment was convinient and in good condition.

The location was excellent, our neighbour lady was most kind. The only problem we could not get used to is the terrible noise they make every single dawn arouond 5-6am while collecting the waste and cleaning the street.

I can trully recomment this apartment and the company!

Few things could be made slightly better:
- the walls in the toilet are wet, the water isolation is surely not ok.
- a plastic curtain in the shower would be good, so that the floor wont be wet during bathing
- please check all windowknobs, they are fixed with sharp bended nails which are not exactly safe.

This was my second stay at this appt but I don’t think I will stay there again. The appt is very well equipped and there is nothing missing but lack of sunlight, the window in the living face a wall. The kitchen is a bit small so if you like to cook, there is no room to prep. However, it is very well equipped. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and is quiet. If you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the stairway is a bit narrow and can be a bit a challenge when you are going down. Luckily, Fabian from SCI PA was very nice with helping us with carrying our luggage going up. I love the close proximity of Rue Daguerre and Montparnasse.

Well-equipped apartment in a good area. The apartment is quiet so a night’s sleep is not a problem. My only complaint is that the apartment gets very little sunlight as it is so secluded. In the surrounding area you can enjoy many restaurants and bars but the area is by no means boisterous and is good for a peaceful break. SCI service was good as usual.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in June, the apartment is nice, clean and quiet.Good equipped kitchenette, separaet bathroom & toilet (good).
Good area with restaurants, shops and Metro, good connections in peaceful area. SCI service exellent , thanks Fabian. Will rent this apartment on our next stay too.

Nicely decorated and functional. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and is very quiet. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. I loved the modern bathroom with a nice size shower and a washing/dryer machine. The small inconvenience is if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the stairway is a bit narrow. Luckily, the lady from SCI PA Location was very nice with helping us with carrying our luggage. I would definitely stay again at this location.

I’ve stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and everything went fine. The apartment was comfortable and functional. The location was perfect for my purpose. It’s close to metro stations, shopping areas and good restaurants.
The service provided by SCI was efficient.
Definitively I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Paris.
