Great apartment in a great location. 5 adults stayed for 4 nights and it proved to be an excellent base with Metro stops just a few minutes/short walk away.

Rue Mouffetard is a short walk away too and is “tres bien” for food and drink. Good atmosphere on the street in the evenings too.

Apartment is set back off the road so peaceful for a good nights sleep.

This was the third time I’ve used SCI and the service provided is first class. Very helpful and flexible to adapt to your needs. I am already looking at booking another stay with them in a Paris apartment next year. Can’t wait.

Could not have asked for a better location! Rue Mouffetard is lined with shops of all kinds, we saved a great deal of money by preparing our own small meals. My one complaint was that the wireless internet never worked, and calls to have it serviced went unanswered… but we weren’t too concerned about that. If you have nothing better to do in Paris than sit in your apartment on the internet, you’re doing it wrong! We recommend this address to anyone interested in staying in a not overly-touristy area. If we are fortunate enough to return to Paris, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great time at 106, Mouffetard. Excellent location, the stores nearby you find great wine, bread, cheese, meat, veggies, chocolate….and if you don’t want to cook, great japanese, french, greek, turkish, etcetc food around. Prety near fantastic Place Monge fair. Staff was quite friendly, clean and silent place.
Highly recommended

Great location, all amenities, private and relatively quite. The agency offers a very reliable service; they have been most helpful in all but one case (leak from upstairs). Think twice before paying the insurance.

Great location and relatively quite at nights. The only problem experienced was the humidity and as it is on ground floor, no sunlight gets in. Otherwise absolutely private and pleasent. Thanks to the management agency, which has been most helpful and did a great job. Very reliable and will book through hem next time again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Paris and also Liam from Paris apartments by Numbers recommendation for a day trip to Brussels by Thalys train. The one gripe is that the apt. is on the ground floor near a really busy street for early morning deliveries. Vans were constantly banging doors outside at all hours even on sunday morning 6:00 am. The area around though is really nice especially les jardins de luxemborg. Overall happy but flat a little tired and too noisy.

Great location; quiet and secure appartment, fairly spacious for 2 if a bit weary looking and equipped OK. Loved having coffee maker. Very cool inside when temperatures reached 35 outside. Yes we too had to work out the rubbish disposal. Very good organisation for arrival / departures – would use again.

it was terrific.

Loved the location. Right near
Rue Mouffetard, our favorite street in Paris.

Thank you so much for our second great vacation with you.

My wife and I stayed for nearly two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The apartment was better than we had expected. It was a pleasant surprise to find not just a hair-drier, but also a hot-water pot, coffee-maker, coffee-filters, and enough dishes and cutlery for us.

The location is nice, a short walk distance to both Metro and Bus lines, and very close to the daily market on Rue Mouftard.

Axelle, one of the managers, met us at the apartment on-time, despite our flight being delayed over two hours. She was well prepared, and showed us where everything was including the garbage. She also helped me connect to the wifi.

TV, Wi-Fi, and VoIP phone all worked perfectly. We used the VoIP phone several times to make reservations, check for open hours, and even call back to the States. No problems.

The only negative is that you are on the GROUND floor, right near the street. You can hear a LOT of street noise. It does calm down later in the evening, but if you are a light-sleeper or need silence, this is NOT the place for you. We had no troubles once jet-lag wore off.

We would stay here again, and recommend this apartment for singles or couples who are not bothered by street noise.

We had a really nice stay at QLATIN11. Location was good and the street was quit even though the apartment was on the ground floor. The only problem was that we didn’t know where to take the garbage. Because somebody had written here: “Instructions on garbage and reccyling were not provided in the manual, and were left to us to work out.”. We asked about this when we arrived but didn’t get an answer that helped uss. So we had to solve the garbage issue ourselves. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend SCI PA Location and QLATIN11

QLATIN11 is perfectly located within very easy walking distance of Rue Mouffetard. Staff at SCI PA Location were wonderfully kind and efficient from beginning to end.

Our experience here was excellent from the airport pickup, location, amenities, Cable TV, nearby market, easy access to bus and metro. We got a 5 day bus pass and it was much more interesting than the metro–it’s like a sightseeing tour.
The pickup to take back to the airport was right on time. Lack of phone was only negative. Would recommend this deal highly. B Cornish, Ottawa, Canada

My family and I are looking forward to coming back to this apartment! We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights. We felt very much at home and the apartment has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The apartment is furnished and equipped just right and is located fantastic! We were especially pleased with the SCI PA Location service. We found a very generous, quick and helpful service by mail (in English), a wonderful service with the Taxi from the airport and a very pleasant welcome from Jordan who waited for us in the apartment. Thank you very much!

We stayed in this apartment for 11 nights in August 2009. We found the apartment to be of a good size, functional and in a great location (with little noise from the near-by nightclub – Paradis Latin! The show is worth a visit, by the way). We had some problems with the front-loading washing machine (which sometimes washed the clothes twice before the cycle ended) and with the shower(which appeared to have been broken off the wall – and as a consequence the hose had to be hand-held throughout each shower, which took a bit of getting used to). Improvements to the apartment could be made in terms of fixing the shower, perhaps having typed instructions in English for the washing machine and television (and indicate which of the 300 channels are likely to be in English!) and adding new pillows, a toaster and an electric jug. Apart from these minor matters the apartment was fine and we’d consider staying there again.
A tip for future tenants: If you head down the road towards the water and turn left into Saint Germain Bld, you’ll find a marvellous market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings where you can buy fabulous food and flowers – we wish we’d discovered this earlier. The bars at Rue Mooffetard (sp?) serve half-price cocktails at happy hour – and are worth a visit. St Louis Island and its famous Berthillion (sp?) ice-cream (try the caramel praline one) is only 5 minutes walk away; and we walked to the Marais district within 20 minutes, and to the quirky must-see English language bookstore Shakespeare and Company (near Notre Dame)within 10 minutes.

This charming apartment has an enormous view of Notre Dame from the large balcony – it seems closer than the photos would suggest. The expansive view makes the space inside feel brighter and larger. The location couldn’t be better – close to a central Metro stop, and walkable to many of the popular sites in the City. After a long day of sightseeing, it was comforting to “come home” for our evening aperitif with cheese and crackers, overlooking the Cathedral, boats on the Seine, booksellers, cafes and pedestrians at the busy intersection. The late night noisy Latin Quarter street next door didn’t bother us (with the windows closed), since the apartment is high enough above it (and I sleep with ear plugs!). We figured out how to make the lift work – by jiggling and holding the key just so. Everything else worked as expected. The photos capture the apartment accurately: it is well fitted out, a tiny bit worn here and there, but over all in good shape. The dryer, unlike vented dryers in the U.S., takes many hours to finally dry the clothes. The A/C worked in both the bedroom and the living area, and was helpful on a couple of hot days and nights. Otherwise we just opened the door to the balcony and let the fresh air in. It was a delightful home away from home for a week in Paris.

An amazing stay. The view over Notre Dame is ***more than fantastic*** The Michelin guide puts three stars on sites that are worth the detour. This apartment has three stars on my heart. And the location is wonderful: do not miss the Shakespeare and Company Bookshop at half a block, and the wonderful “petits dejeuners” at Maubert, three blocks away. NOT TO BE MISSED.

I stayed in QLATIN10 from 18th to 25th September 2008. I had no problems with the lift (elevator) but Fabien warned me never to enter it without the key in case it stopped. I always took guests down to let them out but I would do that anyway.

Fabien said the lift is going to be replaced fairly soon. With luck it will be a newer type that cannot be “hijacked” if someone fails to close the outer door on their level, as so many of the older style Paris lifts are able to do. As I said, I had no problems at all.

I loved the apartment. The view of Notre Dame from the lovely terrace is wonderful and the location is perfect. My friends and I sat there in the evenings for meals and after dinner drinks.

Fabien met me as arranged and was very helpful and showed me all the ins and outs. He gave me his email and mobile phone contacts. The first morning I found the on-stove kettle had sprung a leak and sent an email and by the time I got back from sightseeing the cleaner had left a new electric kettle for me in the hallway. That was great service.

I agree the bedroom would be noisy if you left the windows open but there is airconditioning on both levels so that should not be necessary. If you wanted to air the flat you can leave windows open during the day without any security worries.

The photos on the website are a true representation of the flat and it is attractive and comfortable. There are two things that ideally should be fixed (I told Fabien about these): (1)The awning on the balcony which does not open due to some problem and
(2) The roman style blind over the doors to the balcony had been accidentally mishandled by a previous guest and could not be lowered but I got around that by using a spare sheet held up by some existing hooks to give privacy overnight when I had a guest staying on the sofa bed.

It is a beautiful flat and I would happily live in it as would a number of my Parisian friends who visited. I happily recommend QLATIN10, particularly for the seasons in which you can use the terrace as an “outdoor living room”.

QLATIN05 was great. The pillows were worn-but everything else was very comfortable. We loved the location and well stocked kitchen-you handled things well. We thought our wireless connection would work, but we were able to use the computer cable instead.

The portion of our stay at the apartment was so much better than the hotels. It was more relaxing and we were thrilled by the classical music collection and the opportunity to use the piano. Best was the wonderful kitchen and the view overlooking the park, in spite of the traffic noise. “Bread and Roses” was great.
