My husband and son and I spent a few days at this apartment and were very content here. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean, and the apartment was in good order. It’s more homey than elegant, but that suited us. It was perfectly clean and pleasant. It’s also nice and roomy. The separated shower and toilet were not particularly troublesome in our opinion, and it’s true that the shower is very tiny, so beware if you are of any substantial size!

I would recommend the addition of a teapot and a few mugs, but beyond that it had everything we needed and was in a great location.

Great Service. The STGER33 apartment is a bit rundown but clean and in an excellent location. Close to food stores, bakery, metro station, taxi stand, restaurants, and at walking distance to many points of interest. Was there in very cold weather and heating and hot water were excellent.

Service with SCI was very good and the transportation arrangements from the airport to the apartment were very prompt.
The apartment was good, confortable and the location was amazing ! I will certainly look for this agency again on my next trip to Paris and , who knows, stay at the same STGER33 !

STGER33 is very nice and very well located in Saint Germain des Pres.
The only problem I found is that the bath is split in two parts, very far from each other. And the shower is little for people like me and my sons, all of us 186 cm tall and over.
Anyway, we enjoyed it very much for sure. I recommend it without any doubt.
This was the fifth time I rented an apartment with SCI since 2003 when I first met Mme Fouquerand.
All of them are located in different locations: Montparnasse, Quartier Latin, Ille de St Louis, rue Vaugirard, and rue du Bac.
I have allways been satisfied. That`s why I suggest any person to trust them. I do.
Thanks very much. Au revoir!

My husband and I stayed in this STGER33 for one month in April. After weeks of searching online, we discovered SCI  and have been completely satisfied with their service and the apartment. Xavier and his team are very professional and accommodating. If you’re looking to rent an apartment in Paris, look no further than SCI.

This Rue du Bac apartment is in the perfect location. Just five minutes walking distance to the Louvre and a couple of blocks away from the Musee d’Orsay, it only gets better that there’s an Eric Kayser bakery just down the street. The best grocery store in Paris, La Grande Epicerie, is few blocks up the street and there’s an open air market several times a week in the neighborhood. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood as well. It’s a quiet neighborhood during the weekends, but if you want more excitement it’s only a few minutes away.

The apartment itself is very spacious for it’s size. The only complaint we had was about the shower, it’s very narrow. My husband at 6′ 2″ had a hard time getting in and out of the shower. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. But if you want to cook often, I highly suggest getting your own, the knives in the apartment are very dull! Overall the apartment is very comfortable and the neighborhood couldn’t be any nicer.

We will certainly look to SCI to book our next apartment and we hope to get STGER33 again.

Cheap Pints in Paris

You know the way the price of a pint (particularly in the Irish pubs let it be said), is even more expensive in Paris than in Dublin. Typically bars charge €3.50+ for a glass and €6.50+ for a pint. Well fear no longer the cost of a night of pints in Paris. Seek out Melocoton Bar near the Sorbonne (where else but near a university!) in the 5th. Closest Metro is Cardinal Lemoine.

A regular haunt of my pal Nicolas from SCI PA Location, our Paris partner, pints there are just €3 (€1.50 for spirits), every evening from 17h to 22h (the longest happy-hour I have ever heard of). Trevor from Search Creations (our website development consultant), Nicolas, myself and Xavier (the big boss of SCI) were introduced by Nicolas to their Guinness cocktail. Can’t for the life of me remember what’s in it but it went down very smoothly!

Googled it since, as I usually do for a second opinion or two, and there is no doubting it’s reputation for having one of, if not the, cheapest pints across the city, a lively atmosphere and good simple tapas (here or next door in it’s sister restaurant, La Bodega) to accompany the pints!

Great apartment. Loved the atmosphere of the area, it showed another side of Paris, not just the tourist area. I did have bars and people leaving at all hours, but I think this showed the true Latin Quarter, just what I was looking for. All major tourist attractions were within walking distance. You would not be disappointed if you select this apartment.

Great apartment, great location…but if you are looking for a place to actually get some sleep-don’t book this one! Drunk Parisians sing you a lullaby every night until 4 or 5 in the morning and then at 8:30 you are awoken to the sound of screaming children on the playground across the street. Strangely, they sound a lot a like. The company is fantastic though-very organized and affordable and if not for the sound, the place was FANTASTIC.

The apartment was great! The location was perfect. If you like a lively atmosphere, Rue Mouffetard is the place. The apartment was the perfect size for two people. The photos and description on the website are exactly what you find. The Metro stop is very close and the RER station is a short 15 minute walk.

The SCI PA Location representative Vesna was very friendly and professional. The gentlemen that cleaned the apartment was very nice too.

We will definitely use the agency again.

Excellent customer service and the apartment was ideal for our visit. They met us at the apartment on time and also arranged for the taxi service to and from the apartment. Highly recommended and prefered over a hotel stay for a authentic visit to Paris.
