My husband and I loved this apartment for our two week stay in Paris. It is modern, clean, quiet and in the heart of Paris on its own island. The layout is great for a small apartment and storage is ample. We loved coming home to this apartment.

We really enjoyed this apartment- it was very modern and comfortable, and the location could not be better. It was a nice quiet place to come back to. We would highly recommend it.

We only wish the person greeting us at the apartment would have given us some instructions on how to navigate the RER into the city, as this resulted in some delays in getting there, and unfortunately made us late!

We would highly recommend this apartment!

Our stay in Paris was wonderful. The apartment is very good, with a very convenient location, near supermarket and underground station. I highly recommend this apartment. We were 7 people and all of us felt like we were at home. It was very pleasant.

We stayed there in March 2011. Very convienent location, supermarket across the street, police station 3 doors down and the metro around the corner. I would highly recommend this apartment. You can also call the USA for free from the phone.

I just want to express how lovely our stay was in Paris. We had a fabulous time visiting various neighborhoods, shopping and eating many local restaurants.
Your apartment is centrally located and we enjoyed the convenience of Montorguiel area very much. My family is planning to return to Paris in the near future as we can’t seem to get enough of this wonderful city!

Stayed in LOUIS09 early July and it was amazing! Fabulous location and apartment was perfect for family of 4. Loved the terrace! We did not use the a/c and with windows open definitely some street noise but you are in the center of Paris!! If would be odd to not have any noise! highly recommen the agency, this apartment and location! Also very easy meeting up with Eric, the keeper of the keys. We hopefully be back sometime soon!!

Myself and my 18 yr. old grandaughter stayed in LOUIS09. It was very modern, clean, and well located. Cool July so, the doors were closed at night, so we could not hear the party goers down the street at a bar.But when doors open, a bit noisy late at night. I was very pleased with the agency. Very friendly,well run corporation. I would use them again. The gentleman who met us with the keys, Eric, was friendly and pleasant. All in all very nice stay, only wish it had been warm, weather wise. S.Edwards, Scottsdale Arizona. USA

We stayed in LOUIS09 and LOUIS08 in the first week of december. That apartment and the location are great. But it was a very cold week and the heating did not work. The person who showed us the apartment saw tbere was a problem and told us to wait a few hours to give time the apartment to heat. But evidently by the time we could confirm it did not work, it was too late. Six kids with no heating, snowing outside! Next day they brang two little heatings, not enough for the apartment. This is our main complain. The apartment otherwise is great, clean and very well located.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Paris – how could you not! – and this lovely little apartment was ideal for our short visit. While the kitchen was small, it was heaven compared to our previous weeks of hotels and had all the equipment that we needed. The guy who greeted us with the keys was very friendly and took us through all the appliances in the apartment. The free wifi and guidebooks were particularly appreciated. Location was fantastic – would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed a great week here, having been moved by the company due to technical problems in our original apartment. We have used SCI PA Location several times and have always found them to be helpful and efficient. Friends joined us for the weekend and the four of us managed comfortably if a little cosily in the apartment (it made for a great base to celebrate a special birthday and the balcony was heaven for fresh air in the morning following a few too many cocktails at Kong the night before…you must go!)We usually visit Paris several times a year and so understand that space in this city is at a premium which means the comfortable rooms and bathroom make this apartment an excellent choice. You are very central here and in an excellent arrondisement. Thank you once again. Andy and Clare

Spent a great week in September LOUIS09 with my husband and 1 year old daughter. The apartment was pleasant, clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The view was lovely, and we loved Ile Ste-Louis. The lcoation was convenient and allowed us to walk to many parts of Paris, which was nice when traveling with a baby. Only complaint was that the sofa in the apartment was not terribly comfortable. Overall, a very good place to stay.

We stayed in this apartment for seven days this July. We had previously stayed in another apartment in the same area, but this was much better. It was clean, quite modern, and had all the facilities we needed for a small apartment. The agency service was efficient, friendly, and punctual. The apartment needed a small amount of maintenance whilst we were there, but this was not undertaken, but did not really cause any inconvenience. We would rent this apartment again, as it suited our purposes. The location and the view are great.

We had a great time in this wonderful apartment. So handy for all the sights, and the owner was very kind to show us about. We were met on time, from the airport with a taxi booked through the agency, and met at the apartment by the owner. The facilites were excellent, and we would not hesitate to go back again, and would recommend this location. Thank you. No more hotels for us!

Many thanks for an excellent stay. My wife and I plus our two children (5 + 7) stayed here for three nights on a European holiday and had an excellent time. The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious, fully equipped and quiet. Very good location for local supermarkets, boulangerie etc. and transport and a short walk up the hill to Sacre Coeur. Plenty of local restaurants. There was a mix-up over our arrival time but both the owner and the check-in people sorted this out rapidly and ensured we were minimally inconvenienced. This is our second very positive experience staying in Paris with this agency and I would highly recommend using them.

Lovely apartment! Fantastic location! Only issue was there was no wifi or washer/dryer as listed. But we loved it for our first stay in Paris… It won’t be our last.

I stayed in the apartment with my family (wife and six-year-old daughter) for three weeks in July 2011. It is a nice comfortable apartment in a great location, and you can never forget what city you are in with a view of the top third of the Eiffel Tower from the living room window! We would gladly stay there again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment October 11, to OCt 16th. Although, the arrival of our flight was delayed 2 hours more than we told the agent, we were happily met by staff several hours later.

The review of basic apartment functions was easy and was completed quickly. We were then given our keys and we were amazed by the view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a surprise as there is no picture of the living room view on the website or under the description of the apartment. The view at night even surpassed the view during the day.

There were many shops, cafe’s and other businesses in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. On select days there is even an open air market underneath the elevated train around the corner. The ability to get on and off the Metro was invaluable. The stop literally puts you within a minute walking distance from the apartment.

We have told many people about our location in Paris and have offered to help them visit the apartment.

My wife accidentilly left her IPOD when we left and we were surprised to find out it had been found and would be sent to us via mail.

Thank you for you help. And thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Paris.

Wonderful apartment, stayed 2 week without a hitch. Lift was a bit small but worked fine for 2 medium sized people. Took Rer and metro to and from airport with no problem. The managing agent was excellent.

Renting TOUREIFF05 was so much better an experience than any hotel could have ever been. The apartment was in excellent shape and immaculate. The location put us in easy reach of everything in Paris and the management agency coordinated everything wonderfully. My wife and I travel the world extensively but this was our first experience with a rental. It was the best 4 weeks of our lives!

My wife,two daughters and I had three wonderful nights at TOUREIFF05, and I would echo the sentiment of other blogs. comfortably appointed, the feeling of somebody’s home coupled with great location. Immediate shop and restaurants were good, local parking free at the weekend or reasonably priced and accessible through the week and
the Eiffel Tower to take in from the lounge window. Have already recommended it to friends and would stay there again

The apartment on Rue General de Larminat was very comfortable, clean, and had a marvelous view of the Eiffel Tower. In fact, the photos do not do the place justice as there are a total of five tall French windows opening onto small balconies in various directions that give the apartment an added feeling of space and elegance. The furnishings are comfortable and homey, although a bit ‘marred & scarred’, the carpets spotted here and there, as one might find in a family home – and the kitchen is definitely a squeeze. (We augmented basic supplies by leaving good olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flour, tea, coffee, etc., having found no herbs, spices, condiments – nothing more than salt & pepper – and did find cooking a bit limited but not major problem as we ate out so often!) Although we experienced some trouble with the heating and plumbing, these were for the most part rectified by helpful and courteous SCI staff - and the owner’s son appeared one day bearing flowers to thank us for our patience. We appreciated his sweet gesture, which reinforced our feeling that we were staying in an old and loved family retreat rather than a flashy hotel or mere money-making rental. Thanks to the Motte-Picquet station around the corner (with three metro lines crossing through) and the fact you can easily walk up the Champs de Mars to the Eiffel Tower and Seine bridges, TOUREIFF05 is conveniently located for transiting Paris. We spent a lovely Christmas & New Year’s holiday there and it was thrilling to watch the Eiffel Tower explode in color outside our windows as 2010 ushered in.

This is the 4th different apartment I have rented from this agency. This is a very good location and a nice size for two people. It has good metro access and best of all is very close to famous chocolatier / patissier Jacques Genin, just up the street at 133 Rue de Turenne.

I definitely recommend this apartment! Perfect for 2 people, and we even had a friend sleep on the futon when she joined us for a couple of days. I will most definitely stay here again. Clean, great location. Loved it!

We spent eleven nights here from Christmas over New Year’s. As the other comments state, it is perfect for two people…everything you’d need for a stay. We liked the big bathroom and washing machine (!). Highly recommend the apartment and the location.
