Hi Liam, I was very happy that I got value for money with Paris Apartments by Numbers. I went to sleep looking at the Eiffel Tower lit up. The facilities for cooking and washing were first class. The shower was very good. The internet was interrupted now and again but was mainly fine.

It was very useful for someone coming to work in Paris who wanted a temporary base before they find a more permanent apartment. I would have rented TOUREIFF22 for the month if I had not had already somewhere to stay after the first week.   Best, Brian

What a great location, close to shops and cafes, close to the river and close to the Louvre. It’s the centre of town here.

The apartment itself was very modern. I love the dark wood and red interiors. Everything was clean, and it was fully equipped and self sufficient.

Wi fi was fast.

The person who showed us the place was very friendly. He stayed for an hour talking about places to go and mapping places to visit. He was very friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend this apartment.

Location was brilliant, could not be better located to visit the beautiful city of Paris.

Service was great on arrival. Joel was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Unit was a little disappointing – not enough linen or pillows, TV and internet connection did not work, and shower head was broken. Get the little things right and you have a sensation unit in a great position.

Service: Excellent

The apartment: Nice apart from a few shortcomings. The noise in the evening from the renovation going on in a flat(s)below, TV was not working properly: it had to be reset again and again.

Location:It could not be better.

We will use you again when we travel to Paris next time and will recommend your office to our friends, too.

The location was divine, the only disappointment being the construction going on in the courtyard below. I would like to take the apartment again once this is finished, as otherwise it was absolutely superb…!

My husband and son and I spent a few days at this apartment and were very content here. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean, and the apartment was in good order. It’s more homey than elegant, but that suited us. It was perfectly clean and pleasant. It’s also nice and roomy. The separated shower and toilet were not particularly troublesome in our opinion, and it’s true that the shower is very tiny, so beware if you are of any substantial size!

I would recommend the addition of a teapot and a few mugs, but beyond that it had everything we needed and was in a great location.

Great Service. The STGER33 apartment is a bit rundown but clean and in an excellent location. Close to food stores, bakery, metro station, taxi stand, restaurants, and at walking distance to many points of interest. Was there in very cold weather and heating and hot water were excellent.

Service with SCI was very good and the transportation arrangements from the airport to the apartment were very prompt.
The apartment was good, confortable and the location was amazing ! I will certainly look for this agency again on my next trip to Paris and , who knows, stay at the same STGER33 !

STGER33 is very nice and very well located in Saint Germain des Pres.
The only problem I found is that the bath is split in two parts, very far from each other. And the shower is little for people like me and my sons, all of us 186 cm tall and over.
Anyway, we enjoyed it very much for sure. I recommend it without any doubt.
This was the fifth time I rented an apartment with SCI since 2003 when I first met Mme Fouquerand.
All of them are located in different locations: Montparnasse, Quartier Latin, Ille de St Louis, rue Vaugirard, and rue du Bac.
I have allways been satisfied. That`s why I suggest any person to trust them. I do. Thanks very much. Au revoir!

My husband and I stayed in this STGER33 for one month in April. After weeks of searching online, we discovered SCI  and have been completely satisfied with their service and the apartment. Xavier and his team are very professional and accommodating. If you’re looking to rent an apartment in Paris, look no further than SCI.

This Rue du Bac apartment is in the perfect location. Just five minutes walking distance to the Louvre and a couple of blocks away from the Musee d’Orsay, it only gets better that there’s an Eric Kayser bakery just down the street. The best grocery store in Paris, La Grande Epicerie, is few blocks up the street and there’s an open air market several times a week in the neighborhood. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood as well. It’s a quiet neighborhood during the weekends, but if you want more excitement it’s only a few minutes away.

The apartment itself is very spacious for it’s size. The only complaint we had was about the shower, it’s very narrow. My husband at 6′ 2″ had a hard time getting in and out of the shower. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. But if you want to cook often, I highly suggest getting your own, the knives in the apartment are very dull! Overall the apartment is very comfortable and the neighborhood couldn’t be any nicer.

We will certainly look to SCI to book our next apartment and we hope to get STGER33 again.

Everything was perfect at this apartment. It was very well located (which is very important for me in such a big city), with the two tube stations very near. The apartment was completely new and it had a small lift. It also had a washing machine.
The apartment was very clean and the homeware was very new.
I’d like to thank the people that work in SCI PA Location because they were very helpful when we arrived late on a Sunday evening, and also because when there was a problem with the toilet, the plumber came that same morning to mend it.
