We enjoyed the apartment – the location was superb. We also enjoyed the fact that it was so quiet and that there was a separate kitchen area. I would definitely recommend it !! Great for 1-2 people.

Apartment was fantastic, well appointed and in a brilliant location. Have recommended your business to family and friends already – the apartment was exactly as described and was very clean and tidy. Cheers!

We enjoyed our stay for my wifes 50th Birthday on 15th June this year. The apartment was a perfect choice with its location close to lots of cafe’s and restaurants.
We found the apartment itself a good size for two, plenty of room, very clean and a lovely ‘Feel’ to it.
This was our first time in Paris and using this agency was a perfect choice, we will certainly visit again.

This quiet apartment is a nice size for 2 people, although the bedroom is small–the bed takes up the whole room. The bathroom is very nice. The apartment has nice furnishings that have an older style Parisian feel. Its windows face a narrow high courtyard, so it is on the dark side–you have to look out the window to see if the sun is shining. Overall, it is not as bright or elegant as the pictures on the web would suggest.
The location of this apartment is superb–very close to the wonderful patisseries, take out shops, restaurants and cafes of Rue de Buci and Germain area. It is convenient to the St. Michel metro/RER stopand an easy walk to Notre Dame and Louvre. This is our second time with SCI PA Location, and as usual the service is very good: reliable, friendly, capable and English speaking.

We LOVED this apartment, everything we wanted in the perfect location. Quiet, clean, highspeed internet service, so many nearby restaurant and shops. Just a perfect location between 2 metro stops and the RER to get to and from the airport. Agency personnel communications outstanding – we could not have asked for more!

We loved this Paris apartment – the pictures do not do it justice nor do they highlight the proximity to fabulous restaurants and Paris sites. Would recommend this apartment and company to anyone thinking about a trip to Paris.

A good location for visiting Paris by foot, bus or subways, and we could find anything we wanted in just walking distances.
The appartement has a big dressing, and the sofa bed was comfortable. The only negative thing was sometime it had a bad smell from the bathroom.
Thank you for making our stay in Paris enjoyable. We certainly will use you again for our next visit.

This is a lovely apartment! You can’t beat its location and the customer service is great. I had a wonderful time and will definitely plan to stay there again when I return to Paris!

The location of the apartment is great and I would recommend the airport pick up service so this can be co-ordinated with meeting the SCI check-in rep on arrival.

The induction for the use of the apartment was comprehensive and the Paris Address representative was efficient and pleasant.

Whilst the apartment sleeps 4 your children do need to be young as we found it a bit tight with two teenagers.

Thanks

I stayed at STGER01 with my wife for a week. We enjoyed its great location, full of small Bistros, boulangeries, market, etc. in one of Paris’ most enjoyable “arrondisements”. Walking distance to many, many places.
Service was excelent, starting with an easy reservation and payment process. Marco was very kind, waiting for us at the appartment, which is more than we expected! Absolutely everything we needed was there. Next time in Paris, we’ll stay at STGER01 again. Do not hesitate, this is the best way to enjoy this wonderful city!

We really loved the apartment at 33 rue du Four equally we loved the excellent service that we had from the management staff at SCI. We thoroughly enjoyed a 10 day stay at the apartment. It was exactly what we needed for 2 adults and two small children. The apartment was close to everything that we needed, boulangerie, epicerie, green grocer, cafe, metro, parks and pastry shops.

Jean Paul was charming and very kind. Our flight was early and we had a small wait because of the flight being early to get in the apartment. Jean Paul went out of his way to stay with us until the lady arrived.

We loved the apartment and we really had an excellent experience with the agent and look forward to staying with them again.

Stayed in this apartment for one week in late May.

Location is amazing, a block from Deux Magots and great patisseries nearby. But for the price, I found the apartment rather disappointing. There was a mite trap hanging in the closet and we kept seeing little bugs. The bugs weren’t a huge issue but it made us afraid to leave the window open which meant we were smelling the chemicals from the mite traps. Very overpowering when you walked in.

Building is a little scary with courtyard that seemed to suggest that the building was being held up by a couple of beams rigged across the courtyard. First night I was woken up by the building shaking and thinking that it was going to come down on us.

Bed was not a king, barely a double bed. Kitchen very basic. I would never cook there but fridge was handy, as was the free wifi. Bathroom was very efficient – so small that you could brush your teeth and shower at the same time!

Probably slamming this place too hard since I know it’s hard to find anything decent in Paris without paying a mint but it did feel a little pricey for what you got.

On the positive side, person who met us was pleasant and building was quiet for the majority of nights.

I would probably not stay here again as I would pay as much for a hotel and I would give up the fridge for better conditions. But still had a great week in Paris!!!

A wonderful apartment in the heart of St. Germain, walking distance to the Seine, le Bon Marche, Notre Dame, Montmarte. For your basics there is a Monoprix around the corner and you are close to Poilane bakery and Bourcherie Rouliere. You’re also right by the St. Germain and Mabillion stations for easy Metro travel. Lastly, take a stroll over to the Jardins Luxembourg for a picnic!

This is a perfect apartment for a couple, the kitchen is small but fully equipped (even with an espresso maker!). The service at Paris Address was top notch — friendly but professional, definitely the best of the agencies with which we contracted during our most recent Europe trip. I would stay with Paris Address (and maybe even at this apartment) again.

The service from SCI PA was very good, efficient, responsive and thoroughly professional – from the initial enquiry, through to booking, payment method, confirmations, and meeting us at the apartment on arrival. I would certainly be very happy to use this agent again and to recommend it to friends.

STGER15 is extremely well located, close to metro stations, Monoprix supermarket, food shops, boutiques, art galleries etc.

The condition of the building itself was a bit of a shock! But once you got into the apartment, the apartment itself was clean, the heating was good (especially important on any sub-zero days and nights), good hot water pressure. Bedlinen and towels clean and extra supplies/replacements delivered promptly. Which are all the essentials!

Décor simple and clean (and minimalist), although a couple of simple black and white photos on the wall would have been a nice touch. Bedroom was spacious, by Parisian standards. Facing internal courtyard, so was very quiet.

Kitchen itself was very small (understandably for Paris) but also rather basic. Perfectly fine if you did not wish to cook at all. Would be just adequate if you cooked very occasionally and kept it very simple (i.e. don’t expect the utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes etc that one might be used to having in one’s own kitchen).

Wireless internet facility was a plus – when we booked, we hadn’t known it was available in the apartment, so didn’t bring my laptop with me. Might be useful to advertise and include that in list of features for the apartment.

Telephone – handy to be able to make local calls for no extra charge. But a minor glitch with phone not working – it took about a week to get fixed – and finally, it was discovered that the phone number was the wrong number

Our experience at this apartment was, for the most part very good. The best thing about it was the location. The area is a great place to explore. It has so many excellent places to eat day and night and some amazing shops.
Everyone we communicated with from the agency, either via email or in person were very friendly and helpful. Of course the fact they spoke english was a huge help for us!
The apartment itself was clean, quiet, cozy and in good repair. We found the kitchen and bathroom very small but realize this is probably just because we are used to “Canadian” sized rooms ;)
Although the apartment unit itself was in good repair we were suprised at what we thought to be the poor condition of the building itself. There appeared to be some kind of brace that was holding up the central part of the building. We also noticed, among other things, the ceiling was gone in the entrance lobby. Again, being from Canada we are not used to such old buildings and realize this might be quite normal for Europe. But it did concern us a little bit.
Having said all that I would most definately recommend your apartments to anyone and hope to do so again myself one day :)

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, it was very well located, near all the best shops in St Germain. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to others.

It was great to have our own kitchen to cook in and the wireless internet in the apartment.

The only problem we had was that the phone didn’t work, it seemed to have flat batteries that we couldn’t charge. But that wasn’t a huge issue.
