We stayed in the CHAMPS10 apartment over the new year period and absolutely loved the location. It is extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed so we quickly adjusted to the time difference and were able to get a great nights sleep after hours of flying and then daily walking of up to 6 hours. The separate toilet was appreciated and the shower supplied great pressure and plenty of hot water. The apartment was very warm and cosy and like another visitor we did find the duvet too warm but that is probably better than being cold. We did have a couple of occasions were the lift would not work but we were happy to walk up the five flights of stairs to help burn some of the calories from the cakes that we indulged in from one of the three patisseries with in 3 minutes from the apartment. There are two great little supermarkets also within three minutes walk. The only suggestion is that the carpets desperately need cleaning as they are really grubby and distract from the overall charm of the place.

In the first instance, we are incredibly happy with the service provided by ParisbyNumbers. In particular, we’d like to highly compliment Liam Lenehan for his wonderful assistance in answering the multitude of questions and changes to schedule that cropped up. Liam is highly professional but at the same time, very friendly and welcoming, his manner set us at ease (most important in my experience). I do believe that we owe him a dram if we ever find ourselves in the same local.
The whole process of choosing, gaining an on-line customer account, information provided and the ability, speed of both online and human communication is well conducted and particularly necessary when such great physical location and time differences are involved. We felt very confident in using ParisbyNumbers based on these elements. The choice of apartments and locations is excellent. We were well met by the SCI PA Location representative, Arnaud Loison. He was very helpful with all the apartment workings and useful local arrondissement knowledge. The office was also kind when we called at short notice to arrange transport at the end of our stay.
CHAMPS10 itself was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. The space was good, all kitchen necessities there and perhaps you may wish to emphasise the local boulangerie and grocery shops on the parallel street (fantastic). The location was perfect and an elegant part of Paris. It fitted our wish to be away from the ‘central’ hustle but still perfectly close to all transport and be able to step into and out of it at whim. The security was excellent and I think should be highlighted (we really felt ‘local’). The old lift was ‘out of the movies’ type fun. The only suggestion we have is an alternative to the ‘duvet’, as we found it too hot. Perhaps blankets as that is what we were used to but controls temperature comfort better.
Before we left Australia, we were very excited to be going to CHAMPS10 and showed family and friends our ‘Paris Apartment’ – we are very happy to be able to tell them that it was as we’d hoped and have no doubt in recommending ParisbyNumbers.

Have stayed in CHAMPS10 3 or 4 times already – jump over to Paris for the weekend often. Great apartment, nice location in a posh area, quite and not one of those where neighbours look into your rooms. Spacious for one bedroom. Great bathroom. The agency is the most professional one ive ever used with a great ease in the whole procedure. Incomparable to the rest! Highly recommend you dont book it so it can be free for my weekend escapades

We had a wonderful time in this apartment (CHAMPS10). We felt as if we were at home. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The location is great. The apartment is very silent even though it is located a few steps from Champs Elysses. SCI is a very serious Company. I do recommend it. We used the taxi service they offered and it was absolutely convenient. The only problem was about the stereo system, the hair dryer and wifi that were not working. We are looking forward to returning soon to this same apartment.

Had a wonderful stay in Paris. We stayed at 12 bis pergolese from Nov 2008 to Nov 2009 and was very satisfied with the apartment and the great service. We would highly recommend the agency to anyone wanting to spend some time in Paris. Their service is outstanding and geared toward repeat business.

This is a wonderful place to stay: quiet; great bath and shower; firm bed; excellent high speed internet; nice kitchen and appliances; good lighting; and, excellent location.
It is easy to get from the airport by RER with minimum stairs and handy to the #1 metro line.
There is an ATM at the corner, a bakery near that and a grocery within a block.
The apartment was clean. It is not fancy but it is very comfortable.

Great apartment in a great location, just a short walk to bakery, supermarket, metro and ATM. We felt like we were Parisians rather than tourists and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very good service. If we are in Paris again we would certainly be asking for this apartment or one very close by.

We spent 2 weeks in Pergolese 12 Bis
appartment located between Avenue de la Grande Armée and Avenue Malakof. We had a wonderful stay and the staff was very helpful. We found graet pastries, bread fruits and many other goodies very close by. Thanks, we will be back!

We stayed at the apartment for a week in early March, 2011. It was very comfortable, quiet, and in a good location. The photos were very accurate. We were met at the apartment at 10:30 A.M. which was great after our overnight flight from Chicago. Agency was very easy to work with and we will likely use them again for future Paris rentals.

Hi,
My fiance and I rented two beautiful apartments managed by SCI PA Location The process from initial inquiry to check out was easy and seamless. The apartments were clean and looked exactly like the photos. We had an incident where we locked the keys in the apartment. We received a quick response from the rental office and were given almost immediate access to the apartment. My wedding was in Paris and I had many friends use the same agency. They were all equally pleased with the excellent service and great rental prices.

This apartment was excellent. Perfect location for us, very comfortable and quiet.
The agency was extremely cooperative when we had a problem with dates and we will definitely use them again.
