Bravo.
Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

My husband and I stayed in the Passy apartment in late April, what a lovely place. I can recommend every aspect without reservation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, loved the luxury touches in the bathrooms, as well as the views of the park and the Eiffel Tower. Furthermore it was exceptionally quiet but just a short walk to shops and restaurants or to the Seine.
Also this was our second rental from you and as before the service was superb.

We have been to Paris many times. This stay in the apartment was one of the best times we had. It was very comfortable and the location in our favorite area, AUTPASS01, could not have been better. I hope to rent again in the near future.

We had a fabulous time. The apartment was fantastic. At night the park is locked so it is very quiet. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen window. So relaxing to have cocktails on the balcony. We shopped at the open market and at the local super market which was fun and delicious. Great location and gorgeous.

After a month-long stay, this is an apartment I could recommend to others without hesitation. It’s surprisingly light (windows on three sides), mostly quiet, and ideally situated for easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, museums, the must-see sites, etc. Everything in the apartment worked as it was supposed to (internet and wifi excellent); furniture and fittings are fine, though nothing special. The agency handled all the regular arrangements efficiently, and when an unexpected issue arose during my stay its response was very prompt and helpful. Two words to the wise: One, the toilet just is noisy, because it’s the type that grinds up everything when flushed so as not to clog up old-fashioned plumbing. Two, the apartment just is small (though not cramped or poky): even two occupying it would need to get along well or spend most of the time out of the apartment!

This apartment is in a really great location…only a few steps away from the metro and a Franprix (mini grocery store). It faces a courtyard and a pedestrian street, so there is no traffic noise and is very calm. The apartment itself is in good condition…the staff had it well prepared upon my arrival. It was nicely accessorized and included a stereo and cable tv. The apartment was very cozy and I would use the agency again because their prices are very reasonable and the apt. was just as pictured.

Good news that the appartement will be fully painted, it deserves that because it’s a nice place to stay.

The apartment will be fully painted in February 2011.

L’appartement va être repeint au mois de février 2011.

Nice location, nice 2 rooms, but the entire appartment needs not only a repainting, but a sort of restauration.

The 5th time we’ve rented an apart from you and again we’ve enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and a nice apart with the seperate bedroom. The apart would like a fresh painting and the kitchen is a little bit dated. I didn’t like the separate beds in the bedroom and the mattrass. Yes the toilet makes a terrible noise but once used to the sound it’s ok. The shower was terrific although the bathroom is little. The building and the cour are nice, exactly what I search for à Paris, so overall nothing to complain, it was worth the price.

This is a nice, comfortable apartment in a good and safe neighborhood. Very convenient to Raspail Metro and easy walking to Montparnasse and market at Edgar Quinet. I did have some problem with slow internet and kitchen faucet needed to be repaired and that took 3 days. For some Paris apartments, this has more room than several others. Very quiet… Staff helpful.

I was very happy with the appartment, especially the location in the middle of Montparnasse. It’s also very quiet which is important in Paris.
The equipment of the appartment is not the newest one, the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable even to sit in and the toilet makes an unbelievable noise.

Posted by: Horst Schering | 17 June 2010 at 11:15

The heater in the ktichen still not working. The apartment was freezing. The sofa was stained. nothing to wash the floor.
Sofa once opened in a bed leaves no room in the flat.
Windows all cracked in the kitchen no chance to warm it up. Internet connection was very slow. For the rest a nice flat, great position and serves a short stay in paris.

Stayed here for 10 days in early September 2011. Enjoyed the location as it is ideal no matter what sort of vacation you have in mind. Easy access to the Metro helps with trips to anywhere (we even used for our day trip to the Chateau Versailles).
Modern, all the amenities you need — and QUIET (apt faces courtyard).
Jules was great to work with as well providing a nice handy Guide Book for the apartment & appliances.
Would rent again, no question about that.

Bon

I stayed here with my boyfriend in September. The apartment is very cosy and modern, well situated, very near of Arc De Triumph/Champs Elysees. There are a metro station very close (phillipe roule).
The photo is real, the apartment small but for us it was enought, perfect for a couple.

The most I like it was the shower (fantastic) and the light (very well iluminated).

I stayed here with my husband and 9 month old daughter in June 2010. The apartment itself was great, clean and modern. It wasn’t huge but it was big enough for what we needed. Unfortunately, we stayed here during the Paris heat wave (~35oC) and as the apartment was not air conditioned (I don’t think many apartments are air conditioned in Paris), it was quite hot to return to after a hot day’s sightseeing. It was located right near Arc De Triumph/Champs Elysees and was convenient to get to all the attractions that we wished to see and there was a nice big park about 10minutes walk away. The street itself is in more of a business area of Paris. Although the apartment is great, I think next time I would prefer to stay somewhere in the Marais (which was what we had originaly booked but at the last minute we were told it had been double boked so we had to choose somewhere else) or in St Germain which is very pretty – I think this would just give a different Paris ‘feel’.

Fantastic apartment. Location was a couple of blocks from The Arc De Triomphe. If I am ever in Paris again, I would love to stay here again.

i would like to thank you for your service regarding renting the apartment but i have few comments which i hope you can relay it to the owner.
in the beginning we had problem with the air conditioner which was not working for two days of our stay.
the hot water was not available for the whole day especially in the evening time.
the agent who submitted the keys to us was never available.she never answered our calls.

thank you again for contacting us to post the comments and i hope this apartment service is better next time.

Good afternoon, I just wanted to write you a quick note to thankyou for the wonderful service you provided me in relation to renting the fabulous Fauourg St-Honore apartment. The apartment itself was just gorgeous but I was particularly grateful for the excellent service that the SCI PA Location team provided. I appreciated that you responded to my emails so quickly, that you accommodated my arrangements with flexibility, were so helpful in every way and I felt that I could call and get whatever help or assistance I needed. Good service shouldn’t be the rare beast that it is…the good thing is, that being so rare, when you give it, it stands out doubly so much.

So, thankyou for adding that extra little bit of pleasure to an already pleasurable short stay in Paris. It was greatly appreciated by me and my travelling companions. We will all recommend you.

Regards, Georgine

Everything as promised and then some. We were greeted and introduced to all the features by a very courteous and professional individual – Axelle. The accommodations were clean, modern and well kept. The location was perfect. Someday we hope to return.

This was an excellent location in Paris. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the 4th different apartment I have rented from this agency. This is a very good location and a nice size for two people. It has good metro access and best of all is very close to famous chocolatier / patissier Jacques Genin, just up the street at 133 Rue de Turenne.

I definitely recommend this apartment! Perfect for 2 people, and we even had a friend sleep on the futon when she joined us for a couple of days. I will most definitely stay here again. Clean, great location. Loved it!

We spent eleven nights here from Christmas over New Year’s. As the other comments state, it is perfect for two people…everything you’d need for a stay. We liked the big bathroom and washing machine (!). Highly recommend the apartment and the location.

Paris Motor Show, Pret-a-Porter Fashion Week and Monet Exhibition = shortage of hotel rooms

Hotel rooms in Paris are in very short supply for the next few weeks and particularly so for this weekend and next week. The Paris Motor Show, the showing of the Pret-a-Porter 2011 Spring-Summer collections and the first days of the eagerly awaited Monet Exhibition at the Grand Palais are overlapping and causing an acute shortage of rooms.

Paris Apartments by Numbers has last-minute availability of apartments including some centrally located studios.

A good location for visiting Paris by foot, bus or subways, and we could find anything we wanted in just walking distances.
The appartement has a big dressing, and the sofa bed was comfortable. The only negative thing was sometime it had a bad smell from the bathroom.
Thank you for making our stay in Paris enjoyable. We certainly will use you again for our next visit.

This is a lovely apartment! You can’t beat its location and the customer service is great. I had a wonderful time and will definitely plan to stay there again when I return to Paris!

The location of the apartment is great and I would recommend the airport pick up service so this can be co-ordinated with meeting the SCI check-in rep on arrival.

The induction for the use of the apartment was comprehensive and the Paris Address representative was efficient and pleasant.

Whilst the apartment sleeps 4 your children do need to be young as we found it a bit tight with two teenagers.

Thanks

I stayed at STGER01 with my wife for a week. We enjoyed its great location, full of small Bistros, boulangeries, market, etc. in one of Paris’ most enjoyable “arrondisements”. Walking distance to many, many places.
Service was excelent, starting with an easy reservation and payment process. Marco was very kind, waiting for us at the appartment, which is more than we expected! Absolutely everything we needed was there. Next time in Paris, we’ll stay at STGER01 again. Do not hesitate, this is the best way to enjoy this wonderful city!

We really loved the apartment at 33 rue du Four equally we loved the excellent service that we had from the management staff at SCI. We thoroughly enjoyed a 10 day stay at the apartment. It was exactly what we needed for 2 adults and two small children. The apartment was close to everything that we needed, boulangerie, epicerie, green grocer, cafe, metro, parks and pastry shops.

Jean Paul was charming and very kind. Our flight was early and we had a small wait because of the flight being early to get in the apartment. Jean Paul went out of his way to stay with us until the lady arrived.

We loved the apartment and we really had an excellent experience with the agent and look forward to staying with them again.
