We just spent a week at 89 Rue de Sevres and it was really lovely. The location was good with a supermarket only a minute walk away and the metro right across the road. The taxi service was brilliant and the staff member was there to meet us making it very easy. The apartment was very relaxed and nicely laid out, kitchen was good, except fridge was a bit small. Overall it has been very tastefully decorated, quite modern. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and found it just right for our family. Kids loved that there was a DVD player. The best part of the apartment is probably the view to the Eiffel Tower – just stunning at night!

We just returned from our stay at the 89 rue de Sevres apartment and absolutely loved it! Fantastic location, very cozy and tastefully remodeled apartment and the view of Paris from the apartment is truly spectacular. Only downside: It is a 4th floor walk-up, but the view more than makes up for the pain of lugging the suitcases and groceries up the stairs. A very upscale grocery store is right across the street and a second – more reasonably priced one- just down the street. The apartment kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, the only thing we missed was a regular coffee maker as the espresso machine looked quite complicated. An electric hot water kettle and (very good) instant coffee made up for that. The stove only has two burners and the fridge is quite small which made cooking for 4 somewhat challenging but we still managed to eat quite well (and fresh)! We would definitely stay at this apartment again in the future!

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. We had a wonderful time in this spacious and updated apartment which is just a block from the Louvre. The building was quiet, even though it was close to Rue Rivoli. The Metro station was just 1/2 block down and very convenient.

The only downside was that the person who met us to review the apartment didn’t speak any english. Fortunately, my boyfriend spoke some spanish and so was able to communicate with her. Otherwise, it was fabulous!

A beautiful place to stay for my eleven year old daughter and myself. Safe, convenient to all attractions, and lovely to lounge and read books in on a cold day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1 rue Lulli, and recommend it highly. Jane & Lauren

We had a wonderful time in this apartment (CHAMPS10). We felt as if we were at home. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The location is great. The apartment is very silent even though it is located a few steps from Champs Elysses. SCI is a very serious Company. I do recommend it. We used the taxi service they offered and it was absolutely convenient. The only problem was about the stereo system, the hair dryer and wifi that were not working. We are looking forward to returning soon to this same apartment.

Had a wonderful stay  in Paris. We stayed at 12 bis pergolese from Nov 2008 to Nov 2009 and was very satisfied with the apartment and the great service. We would highly recommend the agency to anyone wanting to spend some time in Paris. Their service is outstanding and geared toward repeat business.

This is a wonderful place to stay: quiet; great bath and shower; firm bed; excellent high speed internet; nice kitchen and appliances; good lighting; and, excellent location.

It is easy to get from the airport by RER with minimum stairs and handy to the #1 metro line.

There is an ATM at the corner, a bakery near that and a grocery within a block.

The apartment was clean. It is not fancy but it is very comfortable.

Great apartment in a great location, just a short walk to bakery, supermarket, metro and ATM. We felt like we were Parisians rather than tourists and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very good service. If we are in Paris again we would certainly be asking for this apartment or one very close by.

We spent 2 weeks in Pergolese 12 Bis
appartment located between Avenue de la Grande Armée and Avenue Malakof. We had a wonderful stay and the staff was very helpful. We found graet pastries, bread fruits and many other goodies very close by. Thanks, we will be back!

We stayed at the apartment for a week in early March, 2011. It was very comfortable, quiet, and in a good location. The photos were very accurate. We were met at the apartment at 10:30 A.M. which was great after our overnight flight from Chicago. Agency was very easy to work with and we will likely use them again for future Paris rentals.

Bonjour

We were very impressed by the apartment and the service. Excellent location, very comfortable. Really is as good as the web site photos. Would use it again.

Hi,

My fiance and I rented two beautiful apartments managed by SCI PA Location The process from initial inquiry to check out was easy and seamless. The apartments were clean and looked exactly like the photos. We had an incident where we locked the keys in the apartment. We received a quick response from the rental office and were given almost immediate access to the apartment. My wedding was in Paris and I had many friends use the same agency. They were all equally pleased with the excellent service and great rental prices.

Thanks for everything!

The agency was extremely cooperative when we had a problem with dates and we will definitely use them again.

Gentlemen:

We were very pleased with the apartment we rented from you for two weeks. In fact we would like to rent it again next year.

We love the set up, the location and your punctuality.

Also, we were quite satisfied with the airport transportation service.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

I just wanted to comment very positively on my recent stay at 19, rue Daguerre. A great location – easy to reach from CDG and, for me, close to the office in the 14th I was working at; nice street with lots of markets. The apartment was very nice – better than expected, and the welcome arrangements at the apartment were great – punctual, helpful, professional. I highly recommend your service and plan on using it again. (Also the price was very fair.) Thanks!

This is my 4th time at Rue Daguerre and this is one of my favorite appartment. I loved the location and the accessibility of the RER to the airport. The studio is very well equipped. Comfortable bed and quiet location. Two things I would suggest is to enclosed the shower/bath and update the TV. It would be nice to have more channels.

We stayed for 6 nights in June 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Undoubtly the highlight was the location which is perfectly summarised in the description of the area. To walk out the door into a Paris ‘market’ was something special. We would certainly stay in the partment in the future and recommend it to friends.

We stayed at MONTPAR12 for a week in June 2011. The apartment well met our expectations and the local area exceeded them! The shops and restaurants were a delight and it was extremely convenient with Metro and RER access at Denfert Rochereau. We were welcomed by Joel who was punctual and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels etc which was great. We endorse the comments of a previous tenant who suggested a divan, and replacing the outdoor furniture on the balcony as it was broken. Advice re rubbish disposal, in the flat’s folder, would be helpful too. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend 19 rue Daguerre to others. Sandra and David Edwards, Australia.

MONTPAR12 apartment was great! We stayed a week. SCI PA Location met us upon arrival. King bed! Market Street! Kitchenette! Clean! Balcony! Quiet when we shut French doors, Children playing and crepe smells when doors where open. Magical experience. Bravo. We’ll be back!

The apartment is very pleasant and well equipped. (The one thing missing was an ordinary oven.) The food market of Rue Daguerre just below is an added attraction. In spite of the proximity to the market, the apartment is very quiet and offers excellent privacy. The metro and RER stations at Denfert-Rochereau make it very easy to reach from all over Paris. In comparison to an hotel it offers exceptional value and comfort. I would be more than happy to come back for another week.

Nice appartment with excellent location. Some other comments mention problems with the water supply, but this wasn’t the case during our stay. Everything worked fine. As always, very good service was provided,

When I arrived in at CDG, I was immediately collected by Jean-Paul from the Paris Apartments by Numbers partner taxi service. He was very courteous and showed me all the sites as we drove in from the airport. When we arrived at the MONTPAR12 apartment, he showed me how to get in and all the little things we all know in our own homes but wont know in a new place like how to get in and out, air conditioning etc.. I found the apartment to be very secure, with two doors to get to the elevator and felt very safe coming in and out. The apartment itself was quiet, clean and had plenty of space. I would call it a home away from home with little touches like an umbrella and hairdryer in the wardrobe.

The location was brilliant as the metro was at the end of the street and the street was full of wine shops, restaurants, cafes and the best cheese shop I have ever seen! By day it is set up as a market with fresh meat and fish. Unfortunately, I was in Paris for work but I intend to return for a holiday with my boyfriend and would definitely book through Liam at Paris Apartments by Numbers and stay in this apartment again.

I spent a wonderful week at rue Daguerre. The weather had just turned cold, and occasionally rainy, but the colorful street life below made leaving and coming home a real pleasure – and hard to resist buying the splendid food on display – meats, seafood, cheeses and fruit.

SCI PA Location provided excellent driver pick-up and delivery for CDG; taxis and public transport were comfortable; and the neighborhood restaurants, especially La Choppe, were quite nice.

The apartment is well equipped (I would have preferred down pillows, the current ones are lumpy), but otherwise everything needed for living and working was in perfect condition (although I needed to purchase larger soap bars, shampoo etc).

Highly recommended!

Hi

My wife and I were in Paris, at Rue Daguerre with SCI PA Locaion.

Everything was great, we don’t regret being in the city in non-tourist places, starting with the exit of the building, the pedestrian street with a bakery, pastry, wine, cheese, baguettes, seafood and more.

The apartment is quiet, with all necessary parts, a good bath (just need to get some non-hot water), balcony, decent bedding, towels, everything you need.

Fabien arrived on time, showed them all (you just need to explain the question of when and where to put the garbage), very attentive, spoke English very well.
He explain all in time and has been agreed that we should take the time leave, ten days later: leave the key on the table, at 4 p.m. with no problems, only we have to say goodbye to the apartment and go on foot, near the station Denfer-Rochereau, which has the RER B to Charles de Gaulle or Orly Bus to Airport Orly, this 30 minutes later.

The guarantee of any problem in the apartment was with credit card, which works very well at the time of departure.

Anyway, my wife and I recommend to friends and especially SCI the flat in the rue Daguerre. We had good time in Paris.
Thank you.
Merci.

From start to finish, SCI PA Location was cordial and professional. You can rent with confidence from this outfit.

The apartment at 19, rue Daguerre was perfect for us. First, the location on a pedestrian street among many wonderful shops and cafes, with very quick access to both metro and RER, was ideal. Second, the apartment was well appointed, spacious, and comfortable.

Others have expressed concern about the water from the tap being scalding hot, and while it is true, it will happen only once or twice before you will learn not to turn the faucet handle all the way to the left!

The shower does lose pressure constantly, I will admit. My guess is that this occurs most when others in the building are also bathing, so you could try bathing at times other than the morning. Or, like us, you can simply adjust by taking a European shower (turning on the water only to get wet and then only to rinse) rather than an American shower (keeping the water running the whole time).

As for the noise from the creperie in the courtyard, my husband and I didn’t find it “noisy” at all — it was just as soothing as waves on the beach to us. We loved falling asleep to the din below. In fact, we purposely left the windows wide open so that we could listen all night to the tinkling of the forks against plates, wine corks popping, and quiet conversations. If you prefer absolute quiet, though, all you need to do is close the windows and you will have it. And if you need absolute darkness to sleep, the automatic blinds (operated by switches on the wall) will give you a total black-out if you lower them all the way.

A great apartment all around.

We had a very nice holiday at the apartment on rue Domat.

The apartment is great, very well located. We were met by Anatole, who was very helpful and friendly. This is a serious and professional company.

We have also booked their taxi service, which was very handy for us.

The apartment was clean, and there were extra towels and sheets.

The staff were  great, they always replied quickly any doubt we had, and we truly recommend their apartments.

We are already planning our next trip to Paris, next year, with you.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s location is very comfartable – a short distance from most tourist attractions. The apartment is cozy and well furnished. The agency team was vey helpful, and reacted promptly and efficiently. We highly reccommend renting that apartment.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay in here The apartment was charming and cozy, its location was perfect as a home base for exploring the city, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants located conveniently nearby. I found the folks at the agency to be very efficient and helpful, and would use them again if I came back to Paris.

We have two teen girls and we all four loved this apartment! It had so much charm and character, but yet had modern conveniences. we could not have been more pleased with the location and although we were in the heart of the Latin Quarter, it was very, very quiet. None of us wanted to leave! it far exceeded our expectations, and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else the next time we get the chance to return to Paris (hopefully not too long!) I also agree that SCI PA is the best company to work with – professional and trustworthy (and we have had very bad experiences, particularly
in noisy, dirty London).

We stayed at NOTRE06 for 5 months in 2010. It is a brilliant place to stay. A perfect location for getting around Paris. We have stayed in a number of apartments with SCI PA Location over the last few years and think that this is the best one so far. In particular because of its warm homely feel.

I cannot speak highly enough of the management agency during our stay in Paris for this long period of time. They were always extremely helpful and courteous. Furthermore they responded to any difficulty remarkably quickly and sorted everything out very smoothly. In many cases they helped us out with issues which they had no reason to help with and so we are extremely grateful to them for this. We will always use them in the future whenever we visit Paris again and recommend them very highly to anyone considering renting an apartment in Paris.

My family of 4 (two adults, a preteen and a teen) stayed at 14 Rue Domat for 7 days in May 2010. The apt. was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and very quiet. We felt at home in this apt! The beds were especially comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, enjoyed walking to all the sights, and shopping in the neighborhood. We also liked the proximity to two metro stops – very convenient for sightseeing. The young woman who met us was very helpful in orienting us to the apartment and the neighborhood. We will definitely return to this apartment!

My husband and I loved this apartment for our two week stay in Paris. It is modern, clean, quiet and in the heart of Paris on its own island. The layout is great for a small apartment and storage is ample. We loved coming home to this apartment.

We loved our apartment and its location on our recent stay in Paris. It was comfortable and soooo quiet. Such a nice retreat to have in a busy city. We found the company very professional and correct and would certainly use them again on our next trip to Paris…..Vicki and Andre

We really enjoyed this apartment- it was very modern and comfortable, and the location could not be better. It was a nice quiet place to come back to. We would highly recommend it.

We only wish the person greeting us at the apartment would have given us some instructions on how to navigate the RER into the city, as this resulted in some delays in getting there, and unfortunately made us late!

We would highly recommend this apartment!
